hidden assets. We then use accounting and financial analysis
skills to draw the appropriate conclusion of value for the
specific set of facts and the specific legal jurisdiction.
This distinction is critical, especially in a litigated matter
where the same business can have a different value in a different
jurisdiction or in another context in the same jurisdiction.
