experience in both public and private accounting. He has experience
with a diversified client base. Industries include: retailing,
professional services, trucking, real estate and insurance.
Mr. Prinzo has also held the position of corporate controller/chief
financial officer. He has been responsible for financial analysis
and reporting, budgeting, banking, human resources, computer
system management, as well as a multitude of insurance duties.
In addition, he has specialized in the area of taxation. His
tax experience ranges from planning to preparation of tax
returns for trusts, individuals, corporations, partnerships
